WNA Members Vote to Raise Membership Dues to $35
Starting 2025, annual dues for membership in the Woodmere Neighborhood Association are $35. At the August 15th general meeting of the WNA, members unanimously voted to increase the annual membership dues from $25 to $35. It will be the first increase in dues since 2007, and this increase is urgently needed. Over the 18-year span since the last increase, expenses have continued to increase, memberships have declined (especially during and following COVID), and contributions and donations from the city have decreased.
PLAN NOW: Budget your $35 membership dues for 2025 and volunteer to participate in the WNA! Keeping Woodmere cleaner and safer insures the value of our investments and the quality of our surroundings.
2025 WNA Handbooks on Sale for $5
The WNA has worked for several months to update the WNA Handbook and has now completed the 2025 edition. It is now on sale for $5, the cost of printing the Handbook. The last WNA Handbook was issued in 2017. Since the last edition, many of the city ordinances, contact phone numbers and websites, and other important information in the Handbook needed updating. The Handbook is an excellent reference source for Woodmere members.
To buy a copy of the 2025 WNA Handbook, you may request one on your 2025 Membership Form and enclose an extra $5 with your dues or click here to purchase online. Your Handbook will be mailed or delivered to you by a WNA officer.
